Increase integration tests coverage, specifically covering these cases:

missing app tests: Update - (Application Not Found case)
missing dashboard tests: Update -> (Dashboard Not Found case).
missing experiment tests: Delete -> (Incorrect Experiment ID case), GetExperimentActivity -> (Missing x-timezone-offset case, Incorrect Experiment ID case)
UpdateRun - (Run Not found case)
