Reasonable changes for properly handling QFED version with MODIS Collection 6.1
Note: As of this writing (January 2023), the ops group has been saving collection 6.1 based QFED under QFED/v2.5r1-nrt. This should have been QFED/v2.6r1-nrt because this is a different product version because of the change in input data. A request has been made to Rob Lucchesi to save new NRT QFED data to v2.6r1-nrt. When that happens a corresponding PR will be issued.
