PR #1188 creates the beginning of a reference manual, but it's not yet complete. Let's use this issue to track progress toward a full reference manual.

Minimal criteria: describe all existing syntax and built-in functions. Type system details such as class inference, superclasses, etc. Reference semantics.

Bonus: performance tuning details.
