Low fps on Xiaomi Device

Hi,
I already checked other reports here from other users and I wrote specially Xiaomi as I think there is issue there maybe in Miui?

I'm using Xiaomi MI8 Device so it should be enough powerful with it's hardware to get smooth FPS for using the mirror but it's just..

And yes I tried anything I saw here suggested like lower resolution lower bitrate..
Tried the test with recording and the output is indeed laggy..

So if also it lags inside the record it means the issue is the device/the encoder there..
But why it's like that?
We are talking about device which has the hardware like any other flagship which means it should work fine like any other device,
Is there anything on Miui system that made it like that where the mirror works bad?
I really hope to find a way to have it running well as my screen is broken and my only way to see and interact with the phone for the next 2 weeks till the new screen comes is by this great software but the laggs making it really unuseable ;(

Not all hardware are equal. Some may share memory with others, or other technical details leading to different performances in different use case.

What is the framerate if you reduce the resolution?

Yeah I know not all hardware is really equal,
I mean it's just weird how everyone getting everything fine and on my device no matter what I do it's super low framerate so I thought it maybe something not related to the hardware but in the software? Or with the device miui system? :/

When overthinking as I saw other users with Xiaomi phones like Redmi models and they using your software with no any issue,Good framerates and so on..
Maybe it's something related to the device screen been broken and not showing anything?
I will check maybe the cable? I dont know really trying to understand as it's weird no matter which resolution there is no improvment on the FPS when the device hardware should be good enough for mirror ;/
I remember few weeks ago I tested the device screenshare by wifi with my TV and it was super smooth so ;/

I think I found the issue and it's weird ;/
For anyone who has Xiaomi device and encounter the low fps try the following -
Wake up the phone first manually and when it's on homescreen make sure to open scrcpy and then you will see it's working fine with stable smooth fps..

Issue was that the all time I woke up the phone using the Scrcpy app and seems that when it's getting waken up by the app something wrong is going on which making the low 5-10fps
