Create a step-by-step tutorial for placing a bid on Geo Web parcels through the Cadastre:

  • Use https://docs.geoweb.network/getting-started/making-a-fair-launch-claim as a reference
  • Important info includes bid fully collateralized, refundable vs portion that goes to the current landholder, bids are non-revokable, exclusive bid window (7 days), pre-authorizing streams, and what happens if the bidder revokes their stream permissions (immediate foreclosure upon transfer)
