Feat: Add User Feedback Feature

For a self-service application, it's critical to allow users to give their feedback about usability. We should build this feature into the core product, although enable admins to enable/disable. The feedback should be a quick 5 star rating, but also messages from the user. Make sure there are no links in the user-input though :-) lest we open CSS vulnerability.
