I wanted to let you know all of the source code links for your Introduction to Game physics with Box2D are broken on this page:

http://ianparberry.com/books/gamephysics/code.html

are broken and simply lead to a 404 graphic.

I was thrilled to discover the book and quite disappointed to find no source code available.
