As an Admin, I can go to Manage > Content, select individual nodes and do "actions" from a dropdown - like "Index node in Fedora" or "Index node in Triplestore".
But these don't show up for Taxonomy Terms on the "List terms" page of a vocabulary.
(1) should we make a better "List terms" page using Views? It's not hard to make a view of terms, "Add field" > "Taxonomy term: Bulk update (select)", and then voila you can do bulk update (formerly known as Views Bulk Operations/VBO).
Is this generically useful enough to package with Islandora?
(2) It's not great to have to do this through the GUI, is there a drush command to do actions to entities?

As you mentioned during the call, @highermath, the GUI option that @rosiel demonstrated above is a good first step, but having an additional Drush command for batch operations would also be really useful.
