Title (Goal) Semi-Automatic IR Metadata Population
Primary Actor repository admin
Scope Institutional repository (research focus)
Level Don't know, but this would be really cool
Story I want to get metadata from external sources, like Scopus or Web of Science, enrich it with other data from external sources, and then map it with internal authority files (like a journal authority list or HR fields), and put it into a staging area for review. Semi-automatic user notification according to open access status would be a nice additional feature.

@Lib4RI is building a tool like this for their current 7 site, and the php library may end up self-contained enough to port over a lot of the functionality.
