Extracted Text Media Type missing a few fields?

This is extremely minor and just noting that it doesn't seem like the Extracted Text Media Type has all the necessary fields for Islandora operations. Right now it doesn't have Access Terms, Original File, or file size on the media, all of which are on the other Media Types.

I realize that Islandora doesn't use the Access Terms field yet on the Media Types, but if and when it does, we will want Access Terms on this as well, otherwise there might be a permissions gap.
