Make "Configure API key" discoverable when searching preferences

API keys can be configured in Web search, but the search box doesn't match this tab.

Searching for "API" only matches the AI tab

Searching for "key" matches several tabs, but Web search is not one of them.

The API keys would be easier to locate if searching in preferences matched the Web search tab as well as the AI tab.

I’ve already tried making the Web Search tab’s ‘Configure API key’ searchable, and it works locally. I’d be happy to make a PR if that’s okay.
