Black and white video optimizations

- Implement @frestr 's fix for raw video container
- Changed makefile to use static ffmpeg (4.4 reccomended) binary located in same folder.
- Changed ffmpeg arguments to squash output frames to 1 bit-per-pixel
- Split ffmpeg arguments into 3 lines instead of 2
- Default compression value is now 0
