replace alert with toaster

Issue Description

there is no toaster and there is alert which makes the user experience bad

Steps to Reproduce

try to post without putting anything

Expected Behavior

i want a toaster to come or make the button disabled unless the user enters something

Actual Behavior

when you will try to post something with empty body and url, it gives an alert
