Kong + Istio + SpringBoot = Not Working

Hello,
I am following https://konghq.com/blog/kong-istio-setting-service-mesh-kubernetes-kiali-observability/ but did little changes. Instead of deploying demo application given in article I created one simple SpringBoot Application and trying to deploy the same. But stuck while installing Kong as G/W.
Below are my custom file

The original kong-gw file is https://gist.githubusercontent.com/devadvocado/78d44415af389fd3ef5c215b57a31fe4/raw/a36d7a4fe5d9212b6f1d33fb03d9c117cd9bd97b/kong-dbless-istio.yaml

The only change I did in kong-gw file is from "http://productpage.default.svc:9080" to "http://spring-deployment-new-service.default.svc:8085".

after running command kubectl apply -f kong-gw.yaml and kubectl get svc -w
Below is the outcome

Please note, EXTERNAL_IP in kong is <pending> and its pending for long time.

What changes I need to make in my kong-gw file to run Kong successfully.

Looks like in minikube we have to enable ingress addon. Below two commands solved my issue.
