ASR error on macOS 10.13 High Sierra #14

A tester reported the following error on 10.13 (High Sierra):

Validating target...done
Validating source...done
APFS volume cannot be the target of restores unless the source is also APFS.

This has been solved by only choosing APFS if the source volume is also APFS:
