Describe the bug
'Individual Labels' link on Upcoming Deliveries page is badly formatted in Firefox

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Using Firefox, log in as supplier
Go to https://hawaii.localorbit.com/admin/delivery_tools
Notice that 'Individual Labels' is wrapping below row

Expected behavior
'Individual Labels' should be inline in the same row as other links

Additional context
In Web Developer > Inspect, deleting some whitespace in between <div>s seemed to resolve the problem temporarily.
