Messaging after verifying email address is not helpful

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In an auto-activate = false market, when a new user registers, receives "Confirmation instructions" email, and clicks Verify your email address button she is shown the login page with a disappearing info message that says Your email address has been confirmed.

It is not super clear that the user should then twiddle her thumbs until the market manager activates her. If she logs in, she will however see a message:
You've confirmed your email account, but the market manager must approve your account before you can shop. We'll let you know as soon as that happens!

Describe the solution you'd like
The user should be shown the same info message as a green flash message:
You've confirmed your email account, but the market manager must approve your account before you can shop. We'll let you know as soon as that happens!
