Overall mobile / desktop look and feel adjustments #925

• Make sure left menu / middle / right sidebar blocks are positioned exactly on the same level (currently those are not), make sure the distance between top nav bar and all 3 columns of blocks is exactly 20px on all pages/templates.
• We don't need to do a deep rework, but we need to remove the shadow and make drop down background 80% transparent. We'll fully replace drop down here soon.
• Right side of the drop down must be sharply the same with user picture.
• User picture is 24x24 and sits in the centre of 60x frame.
• Log out -> Log Out, all worlds capitalized for every menu item.

Overall look

We should tune it together. Breakpoints still don't work great.

• On the left and on the right hand we have overlays done in background color that have 60-80% transparency. White top nav background is 100% width but shaded on the left and on the right, showing active area.
• 320 breakpoint has 320 not only for the header but for all content under it (posts width, menus, everything). Currently it's less. Make sure 320 size is maintained well on all templates before moving further. It can take time but currently 320 is not supported well at all.
• 480 behaviour is basically the same as 320 - and also needs to be checked. It's one column full width usage on 480 too and two columns will appear only on tablet resolutions.

Почти единственное из того, что я заметил - стоит автоматический zoom in при вводе информации в поля предотвращать. Этого можно добиться, установив во всех полях форм размер шрифта не менее 16px, иных вариантов нет. Делать для screenwidth < 768px?

На каких устройствах 320px разрешение не поддерживается?

Есть обновленные макеты с 320px и 480px breakpoints? На прежних ширина колонки контента была зафиксирована на 320px и 360px соответственно. Теперь требуется растягивать колонку? Ширина контейнера шапки на 320px и 480px по-прежнему прилипает к краям экрана?
