Add contact from call history

Allow to add / merge a contact from the call history.

This enhancement request is that the user should have an additional button on the call history e.g. in the table in a new column named "Contact": "add". If the user clicks on "add", the user should have the possibility to create a new contact in the local address book or the KAddressBook or to add the number to an existing address in the local or KAddressBook list.
