A notification Icon to check if XPrivacy is still running after a phone reboot

If Xposed or Xprivacy are broken, and you are not aware of it, every effort you made to protect your privacy are blown up by data leak.
A plus would be that you can enable or disable this notification.
Could be a quick notification or simply an alert if case of wrong loading.

Good idea!
Sometimes when I open xprivacy it says that it's not activated in xposer and I have to reboot, but if I hadn't open xprivacy then I wouldn't have known that it wasn't active.
I wanted to create an issue about it but since you created this one I stick with it.
