Misarranged Category Names & Labels #1033

Relaying an issue I posted on XDA

Did some more testing and this seems to occur most likely when "Filter on permissions" is applied.

When other filters (or none) are ticked, the labels and categories are listed as normal.

@jpeg729: this is probably caused by caching the category names. My proposal is to remove the cache.
