request: clicking in app's individual usage log to open to the relevant restriction

In the usage log's single app view, when you press a restriction in the log it should take you directly to that particular restriction for the app being viewed (or perhaps to the restriction's category). Currently, it takes you to the full list of restrictions, which is the same behavior as the multi-app usage view.
