Add another usage icon for functions that can't report usage

I know Build.SERIAL use can't be reported. Are there many others?

Maybe we should add a grey version of the yellow triangle for those functions.

Depending on the app, some if not all internet permission are not reported.
for example Whatsapp and TrackID do not report some internet permission as being used/needed/blocked/allowed and thus allowing everything in internet category is needed or selectively trying all combinations. for these permissions a app or phone restart is also needed.

i like the idea to know which permissions don't show up by adding something or changing color
