Add Greenland shelf regions to ocean analysis tasks
Sometimes (e.g. on very coarse meshes), there are no cells in a given region. In such cases, it's better to drop the hovmoller plot eniterly than to have analysis fail.

Mask ocean regional profile tasks by bottom depth
Rather than overwriting the results of ncremap calls, save them to separate files (helpful for debugging).
That version is missing the _FillValue attribute even when using `--add_fill_value`
