singularity container for cryolo-cuda10 and cryolo-cuda11

Would there be any interest in providing a singularity container for cryolo-cuda10 and cryolo-cuda11? At the moment the containers are built by not yet tested... And under what license would be acceptable to put the artefacts/recipes?

I have produced in-house containers based on miniconda3 docker images, I can publish the recipes on github and let you decde how/where to merge.

The initial version is a little rough to use as you need to activate the conda environment.
If you want a docker version, just let me know.
