allow markers/texts un-clipped in CairoMakie

For some specific scatter plot, I want the marker lie at axis boundary, but without being clipped to half-circles.

Also, for GraphMakie, node labels could be clipped, which is undesirable.

I had this same issue with the plots I was creating, and had to delete the original axis-spines and manually draw axes to get this to work (that is, extend the x and y limits beyond where you want the markers and draw the axes lines and ticks using drawing primitives). But that gets inconvenient when you have to do it again and again. I too hope that this can be fixed. Are there any plans to fix this? Thank you.
