This replaces the file chooser for selecting a scenario with a dedicated dialog. It lists the title and description for each scenario. Scenarios are grouped into tabs by their directory (under scenarios/). Scenarios are taken from MM's internal dir as well as a scenario dir in the user dir, if it's there. As a fallback, the dialog has a link to select a scenario from file.
