[Bug]: Fiat conversion is always $0 when sending native assets #19697

Describe the bug
The fiat conversion is always shown as $0 if you're sending native assets - doesn't matter the token amount you input
Expected behavior
- Correctly display the fiat conversion for native assets

Steps to reproduce
- Click Send
- Pick native asset
- Input an amount you know have fiat value
- Notice how the fiat conversion shows it as $0
- Switch between fiat and token input and see how it breaks the view
