[Bug]: UI issues on the Activity page in the latest RC

Describe the bug

Two small UI issues on the Activity page in the latest RC (7.56.0 / 2416):
The border color around the network filter looks off.
With a freshly created account, the “You have no transactions” text can use some padding.
