[Bug]: Tron send flow can move from amount screen with no balance or setting the amount to 0 #22812
Description
Describe the bug
When the wallet has no balance for TRON, if the user goes to Send and selects one of the % options, it sets the amount to 0 but the button continue gets enabled
Expected behavior
Continue button shouldn't get enabled since the user has no TRON balance
