Node.js 10.13 became LTS recently and it make sense to check that devs who adopted latest LTS won't have compatibility problems.

UPD. And probably add next 11 version too :)

Yes, I think this is required.

Agreed. We should support Node LTS versions and the current release, which right now is:

  • 6 (until April 2019)
  • 8
  • 10
  • 11
