Switch to paper plugin over platforms, command executor auto registry #66

Switch to building idofront as a paper plugin which provides the isolation we wanted with platforms.
Delete platform modules
Exclude idofront deps from runtimeClasspath on copyJar, we shade those into the plugin now as well for simplicity
Since paper plugins don't have a commands definition, we implement our own command and register it to pass through to the command executor automatically.
Fix publication scripts to work on develop branch
