perks and commands

some perks and commands purchased through the points store are no longer working even though i have bought them and the shop says I already own them

Some perks and commands still work, all examples I can give are
perks:
-anvil colors
-unlimited homes

commands
-/fly
-/mobhead
-/notarget
-/ride

commands/perks that kind of work:
perks:
-drop spawner
when I mine a spawer the item drops but is converted to an empty "monster spawner" with out the egg inside, unable to spawn
mobs

commands:
-/glow
I am able to toggle the glow on and off but I can't change the color, I can change the color on orion however

commands/perks that I have lost ability to use:
perks:
-Elytra superboost(was never able to use)
-Shulker backpack

commands:
-/launch
-/uncondense

Not sure If you know why this happened but it happend when the server updated to 1.20
