单元格重构时，列方向的合并目前有问题，这里能进一步优化吗？

目前，本项目仅支持行方向上的单元格合并检测。我当初开发时没有构思出比较健壮的、同时处理两个方向上合并单元格的idea……如果你有想法可以帮忙contribute！
