LIngering /contrib module issues on Jet and Hera in feature/gfsv16b

The feature/gfsv16b branch currently points to the GFS.v16.0.5 tag of the GFS. However, the fixes in the fv3gfs that solve issues with /contrib modules on Jet and Hera are on the new GFS.v16.0.6 tag. The feature/gfsv16b branch needs to be updated to point to the new GFS.v16.0.6 tag.
