Missing Baltic OM4_05 and OM4_025 datasets

Which is ftp://ftp.gfdl.noaa.gov/pub/aja/datasets/ does not appear to contain input data for the Baltic_OM4_05 and Baltic_OM4_025 test cases.

These are not running / failing in the full test suite: https://accessdev.nci.org.au/jenkins/job/mom-ocean.org/job/MOM6_run/

These test cases were added by me. You can find the input fields necessary for those test cases at ftp.gfdl.noaa.gov/pub/Andrew.Shao. I think they're called Baltic_datasets.tgz (I'll confirm when I get off the bus). Probably @adcroft should add it to the main dataset directory.

Correction: the datasets are located at ftp://ftp.gfdl.noaa.gov/pub/Andrew.Shao/Baltic_inputs.tgz

I'm a little puzzled that the files weren't on my ftp site because they are generated and tested weekly by https://github.com/adcroft/MOM6-check-datasets/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml

The Baltic files appear in the list at https://github.com/adcroft/MOM6-check-datasets/blob/master/all_files.lst but the tarfiles are indeed missing so evidently my scripts are messed up. I have some debugging to do...
