Add shared VSCode extension settings for consistency when using the template. This includes the following:

  • LaTeX Workshop Tools used in Recipes.
    • Defaults
    • VC
  • LaTeX Workshop Recipes for the glossaries package.
  • Rewrap Config
    • Wrapping Column - 80
    • Autowrap
  • Editor Ruler - Column 80

I did initially have all of the default LaTeX workshop recipes in the shared settings file, but decided to remove them as I don't tend to use them.
