Popup configuration panels #265

Consolidate config boxes into popup panels, perhaps in a bar on the right of the document:

Clicking on one of the black links expands that panel. Perhaps also have a bar of panels to the left of the image.

Possible panels:

Metadata
The barcode reader's configuration box
The document info popup
We may choose to expose some of the parameters of the segmentation algorithm e.g., padding around boxes
