Impact

It bothers me. A fix would be nice

Describe the bug

For new version with major changes, I do plan to offer several beta and rc versions. Even though, I have beta versions for v2.0.0, they are not listed as the latest versions.

Repro Steps

Publish a stable version of NuGet package. (v1.0.0)
Publish beta version for new version. (v2.0.0-beta)
Check out nuget.org

Expected Behavior

Since v2.0.0-beta is higher than v1.x.y.z, v2.0.0-(any) should be listed as the latest version.
