Also, am unable to build this code because of

fatal error: 'CL/cl_icd.h' file not found

The main difference is some environment variables behave differently.

This error seems strange as the loader should build using its internal version of the headers.

Sorry for not responding sooner, it seems I am not receiving notification for this repository.
