Teams creation does not work

Description

Teams creation does not work.

Environment

OpenBAS 1.5.0

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Go to admin/teams/teams
2. Create a team
3. Click on 'Manage players'
4. Add a player

Expected Output

Player is added to the team
I can see the team in the teams list when I close the drawer

Actual Output

Player is added to the team
I cannot see the team in the teams list

Video

I get an internal error when i try to create a team's name that already exists in the DB. See in the video, it's due to the fact that I reproduced the bug two times to be sure of it. Maybe we could specify "your team name" already exists instead of "Internal Error" or is it on purpose ?
