🎁 [Feature Request]: Migrate to Polkadot SDK Frame umbrella

What is the feature you would like to see?

To standardize the runtime templates, I recommend doing migration on separate FRAME modules to polkadot-sdk-frame which is basically an umbrella crate that contains all the related FRAME sub-crates.
