This is the first release of karacteristics library.

The library provides extension properties to get characteristics for a codepoint. The following characteristics are available:

• category
• bidirectional class
• derived property
• joining type

The first two properties are generated using information from https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/ resource.
The latter two are generated from the corresponding files.
