Raven will generate hourly streamflow time series, driven by hourly meteorological data. Ideally we would be able to define indicators operating on hourly data.

With xr.infer_freq now in, I think we could start working on this. One use case could be precipitation extremes at the 1-, 2-, 6-, 12- and 24-hour time step.
