问题描述 - Issue Description

通过pbh应用程序打开webui，在跳转到浏览器后，浏览器中不显示任何东西。从config.yml中点击网址后输入token可正常访问

复现步骤 - Reproduce steps

1.运行PeerBanHelper-GUI.exe，2.在左上角 WebUI 项中点击 打开WebUI 后即可出现上述情况
