GUI too large and unable to resize smaller usable size

Describe the issue

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. download pivx version 5.6.1
2. run GUI on Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS (GNOME 42, QT 5.15)

Expected behavior

Window should not exceed 1920x1080 and should be resizable to smaller sizes. Should also work on computers with screen size minimally 1280x720 pixels.

Actual behavior

Window is too large for screen and can only be resized larger. Application can only be used with two screens one positioned above the other and moving the window to left and right. Workaround that is not user friendly. Resizing with wmctrl or xdotool does also not work.
