Remove the binder infrastructure

Concerning the #457 issue we can tell the Binder.org to use own docker image in ghcr.io to pull from.

In theory, there is an annoying and tedious way: one could look at the log file that binder shows when creating a new docker and recreate a matching docker file. Once we get that to work, we could remove commands and simplify until we found the minimal docker file currentylrequiered for binder
