Fix many mods on jewels not being used for Weighted Search (#1090)

Many of the jewel mods were not working correctly cause the similar radius jewel mod was causing a conflict and taking precedence
A proper fix is needed instead of manually removing all the radius jewel mods from ModJewel.lua and regenerating the Query Mods file
