Wrong value of base exposure and it doesn't work

What is the wording in-game?

Exposure applies -20% elemental resistance

What is the wording in Path of Building?

Exposure applies -10% elemental resistance. Also it doesn't work, no effect on my shockburst dps.

Additionally, we have no option to add custom values to exposure.

If an ascendancy or gem adds an X% exposure effect, we need an option to increase the base -20% to this new value.
