Rarity in game total is 203%

• Mahuxotl's Machination Omen Crest Shield: 180%
• Plague Visor Expert Wicker Tiara: 23%

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Rarity in pob total is 53%
Reason: Rarity in Item Mahuxotl's Machination Omen Crest Shield is only 30. Not increased effect of Socketed Soul Cores.

This doesn't seem to be scaling with mana either, see the image below. Note the "Total Mana" percentage, when realistically it should account for 37.98% of total mana.
